2012 Federal Budget - Changes to Retirement
Savings- Finance Minister Jim Flaherty
presented the 2012 Budget on March 29, 2012.
Key changes include raising the eligibiltiy age
for OAS, ability to postpone OAS payments, and changes
to permanent life insurance policies and investment
rules for Retirement Compensation Arrangements.
